Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selected on the basis of following signs and symptoms- Shula, Katistambha, Akunchan Prasarane Pavrutti savedana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cancer, Pregnancy, TB, Diabetes Mellitus, HIV, HBsAg, Bleeding disorders, Anaemia, Fractured vertebrae

Parameters- Pain and Mobility. Tests used will be VAS, Tenderness grade, Schobers test, SLRTTimepoint: Study period 3 months, follow up 1 year
