Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years. 2. Patient under neuraxial anaesthesia 3. ASA-PS I/II 4. Patients undergoing elective lower limb arthroplasty surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2. ASA PS more than 2 3. Any contra-indication to neuraxial anaesthesia 4. Cardiac dysfunction 5. Conversion to GA 6. Known peripheral vascular disease (PVD) or vasculitis 7. Known case of hearing loss
