Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Dental professionals (Residents and Faculty) currently practicing at Goa Dental College. Age 25-65 years. All Gender. Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience Pain localized to the cervical and peri-scapular region Participants reporting atleast 1 trigger point in the upper trapezius & or levator scapulae muscle VAS=3 Neck Stiffness, Muscle Spasm, Tenderness Participants willing for treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any specific neck pathology Radiculopathy (Spurling’s Test Positive/Distraction Test Positive) Paresthesia Cervical Disc Pathologies Neurological Signs Cervical Myelopathy Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency (VBI) (Neck Extension Rotation Test Positive) Acute/Subacute Neck Pain of Any Nature Any Systemic Diseases Such As [Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Hemorrhage Tendency and/or Anticoagulation Treatment, or Spinal Instability (Alar Ligament Test Positive/Sharp Purser Test Positive)]
