Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age:18 to 60 years 2.Undergoing Major non-cardiac surgery with anticipated significant blood loss 3.Preoperative Hb greater than 10g per dl 4.Patients belonged to ASA Physical status Class I to III
