Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosis: Acne vulgaris confirmed clinically (moderate to severe). 2) Duration: Symptoms present for minimum 6 months. 3) Compliance: Willing to adhere to study protocol and attend visits. 4) Informed consent: Capable of understanding and providing consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or intending to become pregnant during study. 2) Recent use of systemic acne medications. (Max 3 months) 3) Allergy or sensitivity to Articum Lappa or electromagnetic devices. 4) Non-compliance with medication or treatment regimen. 5) Concurrent participation in other clinical trials. 6) Discontinuation of treatment midway. 7) Extreme of life or specific medical therapies (e.g., antibiotics, hormonal therapies, major surgeries). 8) Presence of metal implants, pacemakers, or braces.
