Inclusion criteria: patients having symptoms of Gridhasi fullfiling the diagnostic criteria of Gridhasi age between 20 years to 60 years patients who are fit for kati basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: congenital deformities of the spine trauma infective and neoplasmic condition of the spine unfit for kati basti pregnant and lactating mother
