Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Patient willing for written informed consent to participate in the study. 2-Patient between the age group of 16 to 40 years of either gender. 3-Patient with BDI score between 21-30. 4--Patient having symptom of Vishada (Depression).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Severe patients of Depression having BDI score more than 30. 2-Pregnant and lactating women. 3-Known case of CKD, CLD, CAD & Cancer
