Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient willing to participate in study 2) Patients having age between 18-70 years 3) Patients will be selected irrespective of sex, marital status, religion, educational and economical status. 4) Patients having acute and Chronic Fissure in ano with symptoms like pain , ulcer. 5) Patients with Controlled diabetes mellitus. 6) Co-operative patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients not willing to participate in the study. 2) Patients of Fissure in ano associated with Haemorrhoids, Fistula in ano or other ano-rectal conditions. 3) Patient’s with any major systemic illness i.e.TB and CA. 4) Non co-operative Patient 5) Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 6) Immunocompromised patients.
