Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Students within the age range of 10-14 will be included. - Students who express interest and willingness to engage in recreational sports intervention after written consent from parents or legal guardians to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Students with chronic health conditions or disabilities that pose a risk during physical activities, without written clearance from a healthcare professional. - Students recovering from recent illnesses or injuries without medical clearance for participation.
