Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient experiencing post-operative pain after minor elective surgeries done under local anesthesia. Patient of controlled diabetes mellitus on their regular medicine will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having chronic painful conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, Cancer. Patient suffering from systemic disease like cardiac disease , renal disease.

MeasureTime frame
To study the Vednasthapan (Analgesic) effect of Ashoka (Saraca asoca) Ghan Vati in post-operavtive pain.Timepoint: First dose of Ashoka Ghan Vati will be Administered on post-operative day 0, and assessment will done on the same day after 12 hours. And then assessment will be done of post-operative day 1 and 2.

To study adverse effect of Ashoka Ghan Vati.Timepoint: after completion of study that is after 16 months
