Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status grade I and grade II 2.Elective cases undergoing General anaesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the study drugs 2. History of Asthma and Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 3. History of Hypertension who are on beta blockers. 4. History of Cardiopulmonary disease 5. Family history of Porphyria or history of acute intermittent porphyria. 6. Deranged liver and renal function tests. 7. Pregnant and lactating females 8. Difficult Airway or difficult ventilation or difficult laryngoscopy. 9. Baseline bradycardia or Heart blocks. 10. Patient with psychiatric illness
