Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Iand II 2.Patients undergoing elective Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA equal to or more than III 2.Patients with maxillofacial trauma and anomalies 3.Bleeding disorders 4.History of cervical spine surgery 5.History of pharyngolaryngeal Surgery 6.Preoperative sore throat 7.Difficult or repeated intubation More than twice 8.Obese BMI greater than 35
