Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with apical prolapse of pelvic organ prolapse-quantification (POP-Q)= stage 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- Women with active pelvic inflammatory disease 2- History of vaginal prolapse corrective surgery 3- Ongoing pregnancy 4- History of premalignant or malignant diseases of uterus, cervix, or adnexa, 5- Any contraindication for laparoscopic surgery 6- Patient unfit for anesthesia 7- Not giving consent to participate in the trial
