Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of acute onset of fever 24 hrs to 48 hrs, Patients with Dengue NS1 positive Dengue IgM positive and Dengue IgM weekly Positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Dengue IgM positive(Treated on OPD basis) 2) Mentally retarded patients 3) Patients below 8Years and above 18 years of age 4) All chronic fevers of more than 21 days 5) patient entering shock will be excluded(dropped) 6)Patients with platelet count below 20000 will be excluded(dropped)
