Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed patients of post op fissurectomy in the age group of 18-60yrs. 2) Selection will be irrespective of gender, religion, education and socio-economic status of the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient of post op fistulectomy. 2) Patients of post op haemorrhoidectomy. 3) Patients suffering from different pathologies of anal canal and rectum like carcinoma rectum and anal canal, ulcerative colitis, proctitis etc. 4) Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, immune- compromised patients 5) Known patients of portal hypertension will be excluded
