Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of diameter of optic nerve sheath with ultrasonography for different PEEP values ( Group 1 : 0 cmH2O, Group 2 : 3cmH2O, Group 3 : 5cmH2O )Timepoint: Before induction of anaesthesia, 5 mins after induction in supine position, 10 mins post pneumoperitoneum, 10 min after 30-degree reverse Trendelenburg positioning and, supine position without pneumoperitoneum

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of diameter of optic nerve sheath via US with different intraabdominal pressures, Correlation of peak and plateau airway pressures with ONSD, Correlation of PEEP with ONSD and mean arterial pressure, Correlation of mean arterial pressure with ONSD, Correlation of intraabdominal pressure with ONSD, Any complication i,e nausea, vomiting in the postoperative period upto 24 hrsTimepoint: Before induction of anaesthesia, 5 mins after induction in supine position, 10 mins post pneumoperitoneum, 10 mins after 30 degree reverse trendelenburg positioning, and supine position
