Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals, No Current Spinal Injuries or Severe musculoskeletal Disorders. Able to provide informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with history of spinal injury in last one year, pregnant women Conditions that can contraindicate Physical exercise.
