Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing to participate in study 2.Patients in the age group of 18 to 60 years. 3.Patients will be selected irrespective of gender, marrital status, religion, educational and economical status. 4.Patients having acute and chronic fissure in ano with pain. 5.Patients with controlled Diabetes Mellitus. 6.Co-operative patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing to participate in the study. 2.Patients of Fissure in Ano associated with Haemorrhoids, Fistula in Ano, Proctitis, Ulcerative Collitis, Crohns Disease and CA Rectum. 3.Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus. 4.Anemic patients.( Hb 5.Immunocompromised patients. 6.Non-co-operative patients.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
After 15 days of therapy study will be ended but 70 patients will be treated up to complete relief from pain.Timepoint: 15 days
