Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group 20years to 65 years. 2)Patients willing to participate in the study undergoing CABG and Valve surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age group above 65years. 2) Patients are not consenting for the study. 3) Patients with history of preexisting brady arrythmias and hypotension. 4) Patients with high ionotropic support [patients requiring more than two inotropes at a time.] as defined below. 5) Patients with allergy to the study drug. 6) Patients with very low EF% less than 25%. 7) Patients requiring vasodilators postoperatively. 8) Patients requiring cardiac pacing.
