Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty 2) Body Mass index between 18-35 kg/m2 3) ASA 1,2 & 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient refusal for participating in the study 2) Patient age less than 18 years or more than 85 years 3) Local infection or sepsis 4) Coagulopathy 5) Hepatic or Renal Failure 6) Allergy to local anaesthetic 7) Prior surgery of inguinal or supra inguinal area 8) Pregnancy 9) Opioid intake at home
