Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must have experienced low back pain in the past 3 weeks, be of all genders, and be 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any age-related co-morbidities that may interfere with therapy, those unable to participate in therapy sessions due to physical or psychological limitations, participants with known allergies or sensitivities that could affect their ability to engage in the study, and individuals with a history of substance abuse issues will be excluded from the study.
