Intervention1: Indicated Homoeopathy Remedy: Individualized Homeopathic Medicine will be Given Follow-up will be taken every week once for changes in subjective and objective symptom Further follow-up

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed Consent given by the parents/guardians Children of both sexes in the Paediatric age group of 6 to 12 years Diagnosed cases with raised Total IgE Levels according to ARIA Guidelines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children less than 6 and more than 12 years of age. Children unable to complete the PRQLQ questionnaire. Cases of severe concomitant diseases (including severe renal, cardiac, hepatic, and/or immunosuppressive diseases), clinically significant thyroid dysfunction, and cancer participation in another clinical study during the 6 months before study enrolment

studying the efficacy of Individualized Homoeopathic Medicine in improving the Quality of life in persistent allergic rhinitis in the Paediatric age group of 6 to 12 years through PRQLQ and VAS. studying the efficacy of auxiliary measures alone in the management of Allergic Rhinitis in the Paediatric age group of 6 to 12 years Timepoint: Follow-up will be taken weekly for changes in subjective and objective symptoms. Further follow-up assessment with PRQLQ and VAS will be documented once every 3 months for 1 year.	—
