Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged =18 years with metastatic breast cancer confirmed by imaging (CT/MRI/PET-CT/USG) with ER+/HER2- status confirmed by immunohistochemistry or fluorescent in situ hybridization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Prior treatment with any of the CDK4/6 inhibitors. 2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 3) Known hypersensitivity to any of the CDK4/6 inhibitors or components of the therapy. 4) Any other concurrent malignancies within the past 5 years, except for adequately treated basal cell or squamous cell skin cancer, or carcinoma in situ of the cervix. 5) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 4
