Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE 40 to 60 years BOTH MALE AND FEMALES DIAGNOSED WITH ADHESIVE CAPSULITIS DO NOT PERFORM ANY PHYSICAL WORKOUT DIABETES TYPE II TRAUMA HISTORY FOR LIMITED TIME DURATION 1 TO 2 YEARS

Exclusion criteria: INJURE/ TRAUMA IN SHOULDER ACCIDENT HISTORY MORE THAN 2 YEARS OLD PERFORMING PHYSICAL WORKOUTS DAILY UNDER MEDICATION OR TRETMENT FOR SHOULDER CONDITIO

Improvement in range of motion (ROM) of the affected shoulder joint. Reduction in pain levels associated with adhesive capsulitis. Increase in functionality and daily activities related to the shoulder joint. Changes in shoulder joint stiffness.
