Inclusion criteria: AGE 40 to 60 years BOTH MALE AND FEMALES DIAGNOSED WITH ADHESIVE CAPSULITIS DO NOT PERFORM ANY PHYSICAL WORKOUT DIABETES TYPE II TRAUMA HISTORY FOR LIMITED TIME DURATION 1 TO 2 YEARS
