Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18 to 24 years 2.Both genders included 3.Willingness of the individual to participate in the study 4.Individuals with SAS-SV score = 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with previous musculoskeletal injury or surgery that may affect balance. 2.Individuals with any congenital abnormality that could affect balance. 3.Individuals with any vestibular pathology or reported dizziness.
