Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary teeth with irreversible pulpitis which are characterized by: a) Deep carious lesions with spontaneous and Lingering type of pain. b) Abscessed tooth with minimum two- third of root present. Chronic pulpitis showing clinical signs of gingival swelling with sinus tract. Inflammatory root resorption not more than apical one third as assessed from radiographic evaluation with healthy contralateral tooth. Presence of furcal radiolucency
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A known history of allergy to any of the constituent medication of the 3 Mix paste or simvastatin. Primary teeth nearing exfoliation with mobility. Perforation of the pulpal floor. Teeth with excessive coronal structure breakdown in which an adequate coronal seal is not feasible. Children with special health care needs.
