Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with symptoms and signs of endometriosis 2 Female, 18years to 60years old 3 Cases fulfilling the examination findings and transvaginal USG finding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Complicated endometriosis cases requiring surgery 2 Endometriosis cases with severe bleeding and Hb less than 8 3 Cases with psychiatric illness 4 Any active malignancy
