Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed bilateral knee osteoarthritis with grade- 2 & 3 (Kellgren-Lawrence grading scale) VAS score less than 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any orthopedic condition affecting lower limb function, Diagnosed with comorbidities- neurological conditions, psychiatric conditions, systemic diseases, History of recent surgery to hip, knee, ankle joint, Received an intra-articular injection in knee within past 3 months
