Inclusion criteria: All adult patients coming to Cancer Institute (WIA) with oncological ailment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: paediatric patients, Patients with history of surgery within past 30 days, Patients with history of psychiatric disorder, Patients presenting to Emergency department, Patients unable to comprehend the questions
