Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Non-pathological origin of neck pain. • Forward neck posture • Round shoulder • Both male and female • Age 25-38years • Poor posture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Migraine attack • History of trauma to the neck • Postural hypotension • Carcinogenic history of neck • Head injury • Medication for neurosensory drugs. • Psychiatric disorder
