Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years and less than 80 years weight more than 40kgs preoperative hematocrit more than 30% autologous blood will be withdrawn when hematocrit more than 40%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pediatric cardiac surgeries Bleeding disorders Contraindications to tranexamic acid Serum creatinine more than 1.2mg/dl
