Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender – Both male and female, Healthy participants who are willing to give their consent, They also underwent systemic health checkups by a trained physician, who otherwise had no role in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with psychiatric illness, Participants with neurological conditions, Participants with systemic illness, Participants with surgical history, Participants with injuries, People with sensitive teeth, and pregnant and lactating women, Yoga practicing individuals

MeasureTime frame
The PLR results obtained will be categorized into various parameters including reflex latency (RL), minimum pupil diameter (MPD), baseline pupil diameter (BPD), maximum constriction velocity 15 (MCV), maximum redilation velocity (MRV), absolute constriction amplitude (ACA), absolute dilation amplitude (ADA), duration of constriction (DC) and duration of dilation (DD). Timepoint: Immediately five minutes before and after the intervention
