Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Flour Mill Workers of age 25 to 50 years 2. Personnel working since 1 year. 3. Personnel of all sex, race, caste and socio-economic status 4. Patients willing and able to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current and heavy smokers. 2. Doing some kind of yogic kriya or pranayama. 3. Previously detected Respiratory diseases like COPD, Asthma, T.B etc. 4. Patient not willing for trial. 5. Patient not fit for Nasya therapy. 6. FEV1/FVC Ratio value less than 70% will be excluded.

MeasureTime frame
1) To study the effect of Anu-tail Pratimarsha Nasya along with mask on lung function in flour mill workers by spirometry. 2) To study the effect of mask on lung function in flour mill workers as per occupational health guideline by spirometery. 3) To compare the effect of Pratimarsha Nasya along with mask and only mask on lung fuction in flour mill workersTimepoint: 16 weeks

1) To study the literature regarding Anu-tail. 2) To study the literature regarding Pratimarsha Nasya. 3) To study the preventive effect of Pratimarsha Nasya (if any) on any respiratory diseases.Timepoint: 1 year
