Intervention1: NAADYOG DHYAN SADHNA: All candidates will undergo Naadyog Dhyan Sadhna every evening for 3 months for 15 mins. During this Sadhna, candidates concentrate on a specific meditative music

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-Falling in the age group of 17-19 year. 2-Having no background of NaadYog dhyan Sadhna in daily routine. 3-subject who give the consent. 4-willing and able subject to attend the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Age below 17 year or above 19 years. 2-subject who refuse to give the consent. 3-Having background of NaadYog dhyan sadhna in daily routine.
