Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primigravida Nursing Mothers between age group of 20 to 40 years of age. 1.Exclusive breast feeding for atleast 3months. 2.Subjects with neck pain with pain range of moderate to severe on numeric pain rating scale. • Subjects willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ubjects with diagnosed orthopedic and neurological disorders. • Any history of spinal trauma and spinal surgery in the past one year. • Subjects with twins/triplets/quadruplets.
