Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational badminton players who play badminton atleast once or twice in a week with duration equal to or greater than 30minutes per session for more than 6months Players who play with non marking and sports shoes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute injuries such as sprain, strain, fracture, delayed onset of muscle soreness
