Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical signs and symptoms suggestive of Kamala i.e jaundice and subjects with total serum bilirubin greater than 3 mg per deciliter
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having history of chronic illness more than 5 years. 2. Patients who have developed malignancy, cirrhosis, fulminant hepatitis and other complications. 3. Patients of obstructive and hemolytic jaundice. 4. Jaundice due to malaria, autoimmune disorders and leptospirosis
