Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient or Parents of the patient willing for the trail 2 Children of 2-5 years 3 Any of 2 or more lakshanas as described in context of kaphaja kasa will be selected 4 Cough 5 Expectorated thick sputum 6 Chest discomfort filled with phlegm 7 Wheeze on inspection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 fever 2 status Asthmaticus 3 Pneumonia 4 Other Septic pulmonary pathology 5 Respiratory Distress and Spo2 low level below 90% 6 Whose parents are not willing for the trial 7 Child more than 5 years

To compare the efficacy of two drugs mentioned in classical text (Kashyapokt Pipaliadi leha and Pushkaradileha) in Kaphaja kasa by observing improvement in subjective parameter like Chest filled with phlegm, Sputum production, Dyspnea Cough, objective parameters like Number of bouts of cough with phlegm Added sounds and haematological parameters like AEC, Hb (Gm%), TLC, DLC radiological like CXR – Chest X Ray.Timepoint: 7th,15th day

1.To access the duration & sustainability of symptomatic relief 2. To provide effective medicine to children for their well being 3. To Monitor any adverse effect of drug.Timepoint: 7th, 15th day
