Inclusion criteria: Patients with symptoms like Pain Swelling Restricted neck movement and stiffness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and Lactation Mentally retarded patients Age below 18 years Patient with bleeding tendencies Uncontrolled DM
