Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and females between age group 30-50 years, Subjects having pain for more than 3 months over the heel, Pain with first steps upon walking (greater than or equal to 3 on a 0 to 10 VAS scale), Pain that is worse in the morning during the initial steps, but which decreases after walking continues.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who are undergoing corticosteroids injection, receiving plantar non- steroidal anti- inflammatory medications within the previous 3 week, Any known radiating pain (lower limb), Any other lower extremity injury during the previous 6 months, Currently engaging in any Physical therapy within previous 1 week , Calcaneal fracture
