Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pain duration of at least 3 months with an average intensity of at least 3/10 (with 0 being “no pain ? and 10 “the worst pain possible ?) 2. Age between 18 and 50 years. 3. Both male and female. 4. Patients complaining of sleep disturbance. 5. Patients having score 4 on Pittsburgh sleep quality scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pain of the lower back stemming from degenerative disk disease, spinal stenosis, or muscular or ligamentous strain 2. Past or current psychotic disorders.
