Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women 2. Patients with Neuromuscular disorders 3. Diaphragm paralysis 4. Pneumothorax 5. Massive pleural effusion 6. Tracheostomised
