Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA- 1.Subjects between age group 18-40years 2.Subjects having Hb% 7-10 gm%. 3.Those individuals who agree and sign the consent of participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA 1.Those who have systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism, Thyrotoxicosis, Metabolic diseases, Malignancy, and other such Multisystem disorders. 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3.Subjects with Congenital abnormalities and Hereditary disorders. 4.Those who have history of other Hematological disorders. 5.Emergency conditions like Trauma, Internal bleeding and Severe blood loss due to RTA, and any Menstrual disorders like Menorrhagia are excluded.
