Interventions

Intervention1: Intermittent Fasting: Patients will do intermittent fasting for 14 hours between 7pm to 9am and be given low carb diet chart for the mid day meal for the period of 7 days during Radioth

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with confirmed neoplasm of the oropharynx, hypopharynx, larynx, esophagus, or rectum - Stage 1 to 4 cancers - Patients receiving chemoradiatiotherpay

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary heart disease, or stroke - Postoperative cases - Cases receiving non-concurrent chemoradiotherapy

Response rate (reduction in tumor volume using CT) Timepoint: Mid Radiation (30-50Gy); End of Radiation; First follow up after 3 months of RT
