Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant otitis externa Post operative cases of ear surgery Structural ear anomalies that make assessment of therapeutic response difficult Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus Hypertension and any other Systemic infections Concomitant medicines that may interfere with the study evaluations
