Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational badminton player who has been playing badminton 2 times per week for atleast 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of upper limb fracture from past one year. History of any other upper limb injury. Players undergoing any other treatment protocol/ intervention.
