Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 1-18 years 2. Diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome(confirmed by clinical and laboratory criteria) 3. Consent from parents or guardians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of secondary nephrotic syndrome due to other underlying conditions (e.g. lupus, diabetes) 2. Severe comorbid conditions or other chronic illnesses. 3. Current use of other alternative treatments for nephrotic syndrome.
