Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed as STEMI (ST elevation Myocardial Infarction) as per study by Karlowicz et al.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any previous cardiac disease or cardiac surgery 2. Any Malignancy 3. hematopoietic disorders 4. Diabetes 5. Known case of autoimmune disease 6. Pregnant and Lactating females
