Intervention1: three doses of perioperatuve intravenous dexamethasone: patient will recieve 8mg of intravenous dexamethasone after induction,then one dose after 24 hours postop followed by third dose

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced knee arthritis undergoing primary TKA 2. Age more than 18years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who have had revision surgery 2.Patients having coagulation disorder 3.Patients already on steroid 4.Musculoskeletal infection in the lower extremities 5.Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes 6.BMI more than 40 7.Any previous history of drug allergy 8.Patients not willing to be a part of study
