Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Group 20 to 40 years Gender Male and female Borderline Borderline BB Borderline Lepromatous BL and Lepromatous leprosy cases will be included because of nerve involvement with completed MDT Treatment Partial Claw hand deformity from last 2 years SD Curve reports used for denervated muscle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deformity caused by trauma and other factors Alcoholic Person Diabetes patient Pacemaker Any type of wound in hand
